Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms are the agreement between you and KUBIT SYSTEMS LIMITED for your use of Kundaly: our apps, website and the readings, tools and conversations they provide (together, "Kundaly"). Please read them. They explain what Kundaly is and is not, how payments work, and what each of us is responsible for.

By creating an account, continuing past the sign-in screen, or using Kundaly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Kundaly. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. If you use Kundaly for your clients, or offer consultations through it, our Terms for Astrologers and Practitioners also apply.

The short version

1. About us

Kundaly is operated by KUBIT SYSTEMS LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17477285. Our registered office is at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [support email]. When we contact you, we will use the phone number or email address linked to your account, or a notice in the app.

2. What Kundaly is — and what it is not

Kundaly calculates astrological charts and related traditional systems (such as Vedic and Western astrology, numerology, palmistry and Vastu) from the details you give it. It then explains them in readings, tools and an AI-written conversation.

3. Who can use Kundaly

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Kundaly is not meant for children. We may close an account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

4. Your account

5. Using Kundaly fairly

You agree not to, and not to try to:

Fair use of unlimited plans. "Unlimited" means unlimited for one person's own, reasonable, personal use. If an account shows signs of automated use, sharing or abuse, we may limit it. We will tell you if we do.

6. AI-written answers

Parts of Kundaly are written by artificial intelligence, using the calculations our software makes from the details you entered. AI can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent, and the same question can get a different answer. No person reviews each answer before you see it. We apply safeguards. For example, answers never include death timing or buy/sell advice. But please treat every answer with the same care as the rest of Kundaly (section 2). If an answer worries or upsets you, or looks wrong, tell us.

7. Prices, credits and plans

8. Who takes your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders paid by card or digital wallet. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For those orders, Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. Where you pay in Indian rupees through Razorpay, you buy directly from us, and Razorpay processes the payment for us. We never see or store your full card details.

10. Sharing

If you create a share link for a chart or reading, anyone who has the link can see what it shares until you turn it off. Share only with people you trust.

11. Your content

The details, questions, notes, events and photos you add to Kundaly remain yours. You give us permission to store and use them to run Kundaly for you, to keep it secure, and to improve it, as our Privacy Policy explains. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for anything you have already shared with others or that we must keep by law. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

12. Our content

Kundaly — its software, calculations, designs, text, and the way readings are written and put together — belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Kundaly and its readings for your own private, non-commercial purposes under these terms. Readings about public figures are illustrative. They rely on published birth details that may be inaccurate, and they are not statements of fact about those people.

13. Changes to Kundaly and to these terms

We are always improving Kundaly, so features may change. If we make a change that significantly reduces a paid feature you are using, we will tell you in advance. You can then cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.

We may update these terms when we change Kundaly, when the law changes, or for security reasons. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, in the app or by message. If you don't agree, you can stop using Kundaly and cancel before the change applies. If you keep using Kundaly after the change takes effect, the updated terms apply.

14. Suspending or ending your use

15. Our responsibility to you

16. Misuse

If you deliberately break section 5, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you are responsible for the loss that this reasonably causes us, as far as the law allows.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as a failure of the internet, power, or a supplier we depend on, or an industrial dispute. If one happens, we will tell you, and we will take steps to limit its effect. If it lasts a long time, you can cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.

18. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us at [support email]. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours, and we aim to resolve it within 14 days. If it is about a purchase made through Paddle, Paddle handles billing and refunds, and you can also contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. For complaints about your personal data, see the complaints section of our Privacy Policy.

For users in India: our Grievance Officer can be reached at [support email]. We acknowledge each grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

19. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
