Questions about credits
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credits when you want them, and they don't renew on their own.
Do credits expire?
No — credits you buy stay on your account.
What does a 24-hour full view mean?
Transits, the full life timeline, the alerts and the prediction ledger each show a free preview. Opening the full view costs a few credits and keeps it open for that chart for 24 hours.
What if an answer fails?
A question that errors is refunded automatically — you never pay for an answer you didn't get.
Can I get a refund?
An unused pack can be cancelled within 14 days. The refund policy has the details.
